Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

Tech products must be returned with all original accessories and protective packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
